Stress Management

I started my day intent on writing a nice blog post about something frilly and fun. 
Well, toss that out the window... soon the stress came in like tidal wave, and all the fluffy, frilly, syrupy sweet was washed away and replace by a massive amount of stress and anxiety.

Relax your jaw. Straighten your back. Relax your shoulders. Three deep breaths. Mediate for one minute. Namaste!

  1. Crazy how stress can creep up on you slowly or hit you all at the same time with no warning. It's a good thing we have Pinterest Therapy to calm us down and give us some inspiration for keeping our cool.
